Job description

Overview of position  

We are looking for an AVSEC Mentoring and Instructor to join our team and to be a front-line delivery of all AVSEC mentoring and associated activities in line with International Standards required to reach the delivery of the key objective.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Role objectives
  • Provision of ongoing monitoring and evaluation of security staff operational performance
  • Identifying weaknesses / areas where remedial training may be required
  • Provision of feedback to Aviation Section and remedial training to Aviation Security personnel whenever required
  • Promotion of Aviation Security culture
  • Class size of 15 participants. Maximum class size of 20 Participants.

 

Project reporting To the Project Manager
Key competencies  

  • Degree level education or equivalent work or military experience.
  • Recognised AVSEC training qualification – IATA, ICAO or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ AVSEC experience
  • Fully conversant with and proven delivery of the full range of international AVSEC related training requirements.
  • Delivery of all recognised training subjects from basic to advanced management level
