Overview of position | Our client operations in Somalia is engaged in providing contract management & construction supervision support to various infrastructure projects implemented by the Government partners. The projects include roads rehabilitation, construction of health facilities, urban drains rehabilitation & various community infrastructure works. They are responsible for ensuring that these works are implemented in accordance with the technical design, specifications & engineering standards as specified in the contract documents & also in compliance with environmental & social safeguards standards. In order to strengthen the construction quality control capacity of our clients team, they are recruiting a Laboratory Assistant to serve various project locations. |
Role objectives | The Laboratory Assistant working under the supervision of the Laboratory Technician will be responsible for undertaking laboratory activities in material testing & records keeping in order to support the quality control of the various construction works.
