Overview of position	We are looking for a Ramp Security Officer to join our team and ensure that aircraft run on time by providing various under-wing activities, such as overseeing record keeping, moving baggage and building aircraft between gates.
Role objectives	Security Restricted Areas Access Control (verification of personnel and vehicles access permits) Supervision of personnel (passengers and non-passengers) and vehicles movement within the airside Coordination with the aircrews the aircraft security measures during day stops and overnight parking. Coordination with ATMIS and UNDSS the installation and operation of CCTV Cameras within Security Restricted Areas Assistance with any types of investigations in case of AVSEC related incidents /accidents.
Project reporting	To the Project Manager
Key competencies	High school diploma, preferred. Previous experience working in an aviation environment, desired. Successful completion of a ramp services training program. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of proper lifting techniques when handling heavy objects. Experience working with live animals and dangerous goods. Working knowledge of airport safety procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Great physical fitness and strength. Time management skills. Ability to endure tough working conditions.
